North County Property Group requires that all tenants carry renters insurance, with a minimum coverage to include $100,000 of Liability to Landlord coverage. As part of our Resident Benefit Package, you will automatically be enrolled for protection at move-in with Renter Content Coverage, Tenant Liability Insurance Coverage and Renters Bodily Injury Coverage. This keeps you in compliance with your lease insurance requirements and provides peace of mind that you are covered at move-in. If you acquire your own renter’s insurance you can choose to opt-out of the insurance upon notification to our property management team.
If you wish to obtain renters insurance in addition to, or instead of, the Liability to Landlord Insurance, there are several options our tenants have for purchasing such insurance. If additional renters insurance is acquired, list North County Property Group as additional insured.

The other option is private renter's insurance through the tenant's personal insurance broker that handles their auto and other insurance policies (State Farm, All State, Travelers, USAA, etc.).
