Resident Utility Transfer

When and How to Transfer Utilities

Rental Property Utility Transfer

Per the terms of our lease agreement, it is a resident's responsibility to transfer and pay for all utilities available to the property (Gas & Electric, Water, Trash, TV, Telephone, etc.), unless otherwise agreed in writing by PURE Property Management.

Here is a list of common utility providers for your convenience. Make sure you have all utilities transferred into your name prior to your move-in date. This is a requirement of your lease and keys will not be provided until proof of utility transfer by your lease commencement date has been confirmed.

Concierge Utility Setup

As part of our Resident Benefit Package, we will provide assistance with the challenging process of setting up utilities, getting them transferred to your name, and establishing connection. Once you have been approved for your rental and your lease is signed, you will be contacted by our Concierge Utility Team, powered by and facilitated through Citizen Home Solutions. They will get you the best rates and take you through the entire utility setup process. The Concierge Utility Team will contact you by phone to help you setup your utilities at no additional cost to you. You may also contact them yourself directly by calling 877-528-3824.

The Concierge Utility Team will attempt to contact you up to 3 times. If you do not want to be bothered or you prefer to set up your utility service yourself without their assistance, please locate your service providers and give them a call to start, remove or transfer utility service at your new (rental) home.
