When you choose us as your property management company, you’ll have the choice of different packages, each with their own fees and services. This sets us apart from other property management companies who only offer a one-size-fits-all approach to managing your rental.
If you’re a landlord who’s looking to hire a property management company to handle all aspects of their rental so you don’t have to worry about it, you can choose between the Premium Program and Standard Program packages. The fees vary depending on the package you choose.
In terms of fees, the Premium and Standard programs both charge a Leasing Fee of 25% One Month's Rent, and Flat $150 on Extensions/Renewals. The Property Management Fee differs for both. The charge for the Premium Program is 10% of monthly rent, whereas the Standard Program has a fee of 8% of monthly rent.
