Bob Preston is the owner and founder of North County Property Group. Bob first obtained his California Real Estate license in 1986. He has been a part of the Del Mar community as a North County San Diego homeowner, resident and business owner since 1998. Bob enjoys working with his clients to share his knowledge of this amazing community, specializing in the greater North County San Diego real estate market. Bob is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (CA DRE #00919073), General Contractor (#892437), and REALTOR member of the North San Diego County Association of Realtors (#181799). With over 25 years of experience as an owner of his own investment properties, Bob has built North County Property Group from his own real estate experiences, fulfilling the unique needs of residential investment property owners and their renters/tenants. Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and an executive education certificate in Growing Entrepreneurial Companies from the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University. He has further obtained his CPM® designation from the California Association of Realtors which recognizes professionals considered experts in real estate management. Bob is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has been awarded with the RMP® designation. (Residential Management Professional). NARPM Designations are earned with a combination of Property Management Experience, NARPM and industry education, and service to the association through volunteer activities. Residential Management Professionals have completed extensive course work and service projects for NARPM, demonstrating a strong dedication to the Property Management Industry.

Brett Preston » Director of Property Operations
Brett Preston (DRE #02106872) is the Director of Property Operations at North County Property Group. His role at the company is to oversee all aspects related to our property management portfolio including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and new client acquisition. He brings a passion for customer service to his position, having previously served at the company as its Business Development Manager. Prior to North County Property Group, Brett worked for many years in the restaurant industry as an Executive General Manager. He is a North County San Diego native, having attended Rancho Bernardo High School and subsequently earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Sciences from San Diego State University.
Olesya Williams » Broker Associate & Leasing Manager
Olesya Williams (CA DRE #01948723) is North County Property Group’s Broker Associate and Leasing Manager. Olesya is the primary point of contact for the process of leasing and renting of both Long-term rental properties and vacation rentals, working prospective rents on identifying appropriate rental properties, conducting showings and walk-throughs and completing lease/rental agreements. One of North County Property Groups most senior and long standing employees, Olesya is a native of Russia and of course is fluent in both English and Russian. She prides herself in providing top customer service and quick response during all stages of renting a property, from application to move-in. She is also continuing her college studies toward a BA degree in Real Estate.
Ally Kubarych » Marketing Manager
Ally Kubarych is North County Property Group’s Marketing Manager. She manages the company’s marketing and communication activities for digital and print marketing channels including publishing property listings to Real Estate websites, outbound email & digital marketing campaigns, company Social Media and Blog posts, and print media management. Ally is joining us from the YMCA of San Diego County where she held multiple director-level positions including Marketing, Membership Sales & Experience and Youth & Family Programs. Ally brings years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, customer service and project management to the team. She is a North County San Diego native and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Media Studies from San Diego State University.
Lana Bryndina » Accounting Manager
Lana Bryndina is the accounting manager at North County Property Group, overseeing all aspects of property and trust accounting, financial analysis, and reporting. She is a highly experienced full cycle accounting professional with an exceptional understanding of accounting principles and policies. Lana also has specific experience in Real Estate and Property Management having worked in asset and investment management firms. She earned her B.S. of Economics and Management from Priazov State Technical University in her native country of Ukraine and an Associates Degree of Accounting from Irvine Valley College. Lana is also a Certified Bookkeeper member of the American Institue of Professional Bookkeepers.
Jacob Brown » Assistant Property Manager
Jacob Brown is North County Property Group’s Assistant Property Manager. Jacob comes to NCPG with a diverse background, serving in the US Navy for four years as a Chaplain’s Assistant for a Marine Corps Battalion on Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, CA and as a Resident Assistant managing dormitories and apartment complexes during his college career. His time in the Navy also included a deployment to Southeast Asia and the Persian Gulf. Jacob assists with various components of our property portfolio including conducting property inspections, coordinating vacation rental operations, working with tenants and owners, and providing assistance with property maintenance and vendor communication. Jacob graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Managerial Organization Communications. Jacob enjoys spending his free time surfing local surf breaks, traveling and exploring San Diego.
Annabel Tan » Maintenance Facilitator
Annabel Tan provides telephone support to our maintenance and lease teams, facilitating vendor appointments for property maintenance and scheduling showings for prospective tenants at our rental properties. Annabel has a long career providing both email and telephone support in customer service, sales, and technical support capacities. Annabel earned a B.A. in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s College of Quezon City in Manila, Philippines.
Russel David » Property Operations Assistant
Russel David provides assistance to our leasing and property operations department with day-to-day administrative duties including prospective owner and tenant communication, schedule showings for prospective tenants and telephone support. Russel has years of experience in the real estate industry providing email and telephone support in sales, leasing, client relations and property operations. Russel earned a B.S. in Computer Science and Information Technology from Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines.
