About Us

Bob Preston is the Broker Associate and founder of North County Property Group. Bob is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (CA DRE #00919073), General Contractor (#892437), and REALTOR member of the North San Diego County Association of Realtors (#181799). With over 25 years of experience as an owner of his own investment properties, Bob built North County Property Group to fulfill the unique needs of residential investment property owners and their renters/tenants. Bob earned a BA degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and executive education in Growing Entrepreneurial Companies from the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University. Bob is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). He has been awarded by NARPM with two prestigious designations: RMP® (Residential Management Professional) and MPM® (Master Property Manager). NARPM designations are earned by completing a combination of Property Management experience, NARPM and industry education, and service to the association through leadership positions. RMPs and MPMs have completed extensive course work and service projects for NARPM, demonstrating a strong dedication to the Property Management Industry.

Brett Preston (CA DRE #02106872) is the Business Development Representative for North County Property Group. He is responsible for growing North County Property Group's portfolio with a focus on the acquisition of new properties and to ensure a successful onboarding experience for our new clients. Brett brings to the team a diverse background in the real estate industry with experience in residential sales, leasing and property management. Brett worked for many years in the restaurant industry as an Executive General Manager. He is a North County San Diego native, having attended Rancho Bernardo High School and subsequently earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Sciences from San Diego State University.

Tim Heaps (CA DRE #02182789) is the Operations Manager for North County Property Group. His role at the company is to oversee all aspects related to our property management portfolio including leasing, maintenance, client, and resident relations. Tim is joining us from a privately held real estate brokerage and has a background in boutique mixed-use portfolio management and investment acquisitions. Tim brings a unique and sustained level of enthusiasm and problem-solving skills to the team. Tim is a native of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and splits his time equally between San Diego's beaches and nearby mountains.

Olesya Williams (CA DRE #01948723) is North County Property Group’s Property Manager. Olesya is highly experienced in all aspects of residential property management, leasing, and resident relations. She assists and manages various components of our property portfolio including conducting property inspections, working with clients and residents, liaison to vendors and overseeing vacation rental operations. Olesya is a native of Russia and of course is fluent in both English and Russian. She prides herself in providing top customer service and quick response to clients and residents.

Jim Howard is North County Property Group’s Assistant Property Manager. He assists with various components of our property portfolio including conducting property inspections, coordinating vacation rental operations, working with residents, and providing assistance with property maintenance. Jim previously worked with the Mark-Taylor Residential organization of Tempe, AZ as the maintenance lead at multifamily rental communities, diagnosing problems and making necessary repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling, appliances, and exterior structures. Jim brings many years of experience to the team!

Ally Kubarych is North County Property Group’s Marketing Manager. She manages the company’s marketing and communication activities for digital and print marketing channels including publishing property listings to Real Estate websites, outbound email & digital marketing campaigns, company Social Media and Blog posts, and print media management. Ally is joining us from the YMCA of San Diego County where she held multiple director-level positions including Marketing, Membership Sales & Experience and Youth & Family Programs. Ally brings years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, customer service and project management to the team. She is a North County San Diego native and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Media Studies from San Diego State University.

Lana Bryndina is the accounting manager at North County Property Group, overseeing all aspects of property and trust accounting, financial analysis, and reporting. She is a highly experienced full cycle accounting professional with an exceptional understanding of accounting principles and policies. Lana also has specific experience in Real Estate and Property Management having worked in asset and investment management firms. She earned her B.S. of Economics and Management from Priazov State Technical University in her native country of Ukraine and an Associates Degree of Accounting from Irvine Valley College. Lana is also a Certified Bookkeeper member of the American Institue of Professional Bookkeepers.

Meg Diocos is North County Property Group’s Administrative Assistant. Meg joins the team with an extensive background in customer and technical support, secretarial and personal assistance for large to mid-size organizations. She provides telephone and email support to our property operations department and administrative support for the company. Meg earned her B.S. in Computer Engineering from Southern Luzon State University.

Crushelle Santos provides general administrative support the management team at North County Property Group. She has a contagious bubbly personality and blows us all away with her typing speed at a whopping 62 words per minute! She previously worked in customer service and executive assistant roles for Zenefits (San Francisco) and Zen Beauty Group (Los Angeles). Her hospitality background is a big plus for her position with North County Property Group, having graduated from Far Eastern University (FEU) with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management.

Annabel Tan is assigned to North County Property Group as our exclusive Maintenance Facilitator through our general contractor and sister company, MaintenanceSync. She provides telephone support to our property management team and tenants, facilitating vendor appointments for property maintenance and repairs. Annabel has a long career providing both email and telephone support in customer service, sales, and technical support capacities. Annabel earned a B.A. in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s College of Quezon City in Manila, Philippines.
