North County Property Group is proud to announce that Bob Preston, President and Broker/Owner, has been awarded the prestigious MPM® (Master Property Manager) designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). Bob is the only property management professional in San Diego County to currently carry the recognition and designation as an MPM® and one of fewer than 270 nationwide. This designation reflects the professional standard and commitment Bob has made to San Diego Property Management, the NARPM® organization, and the property management industry.
The MPM® designation is awarded only to those property managers obtaining the highest levels of achievement, education requirements, participation in and service to the NARPM® organization, and real estate experience. A detailed review of the applicant by the NARPM® desigantion committee as well as letters of recommendation from clients is required to complete the certification requirements.
Bob has provided service to the property management industry through the NARPM® organization as a member of its San Diego Chapter and President of the California State Chapter. He is also the Vice-Chairperson of the NARPM® National Communications Committee and member of the Broker/Owner Conference Committee.
