Making Maintenance Requests

If you have a life threatening emergency at your property that requires immediate police or fire department intervention, please call 911. If there is a non-urgent maintenance or property management issue that requires contact with a property manager, please use the maintenance reporting tool to enter a work order request within the online Tenant Portal. If it is currently after hours or outside of normal business hours and something needs immediate attention, please call the North County Property Group office at (858) 792-5797 and follow the auto-attendant prompts to be connected to our 24/7 emergency answering service.
