Q: How did you get started in property management?
Bob: I first obtained my California Real Estate License in 1986 and have participated in the real estate industry professionally and as an investor ever since. I’ve also had a successful career as an entrepreneur in high technology which brought me to the Del Mar area in 1998. On a personal level, I’ve been an investment property and second home owner for many years and have always provided property management for my own properties in Del Mar and Mammoth Lakes, CA. With over 25 years of experience as a California BRE licensee and over 15 years personal experience in investment property ownership, it became a natural path for me into Del Mar property management and North County property management throughout the North County San Diego coastal region. I know how to do it, have learned many valuable lessons over the years, and I’ve built North County Property Group from my own property management and real estate experiences to fulfill the unique needs of vacation, rental, and commercial property owners.

Bob: The focus of North County Property Group is on high-end single family homes in the North County San Diego coastal corridor, namely from La Jolla to Oceanside along the Interstate 5 corridor. We do have some beautiful homes under management in other communities as well, such as Rancho Bernardo, Poway, and Southwest Escondido.
